if anyone would know, it would be greatly appreciated but how may use both English & Asian character under one name?

you can only use the asian character set if you have an asian copy of the game....the english copy will only allow 'english' characters. The Asian ones allow the chinese characters (the japanese one allows kanji, katakana and hiragana as well as english I believe)....

Where could one order the Japanese game anyway?
I have never been able to get on the Japanese GuildWars website anyway.
Maybe it's blocked for European players to access.

Youll have to find someone who speaks the language to assist you navigation of the site.
AFIAK on the japanese one you click on the top left menu icon (with the warrior on it). You can click on the various options, it should then bring up a thing telling you the steps to purchasing the item, and give a button that brings up a window to log into NCsoft Japan.
I belive you need to be in Japan to create a Japanese NCsoft account.

Korean works fine,
but the Japanese page never worked for me.

I know some Japanese, I think I should be able to navigate it, if I could access it.
