10 Months
I haven't played for 10 months plus, leaving just after the pve-pvp split... It seems I cannot enter with my old username and password? Was there some sort of change that prevents that now?
Also, any major changes...which I'm sure there are plenty of... |

Contact support, you are probably using either the wrong email or password.

Account problems can be handled by phone http://us.ncsoft.com/en/support/ Just be prepared with as much proof of ownership as possible - registration name & birthdate, access keys, character names & levels, etc.

This is not comforting... My account got integrated with playNC a while ago, when I bought Nightfall, the weekend it came out. And me, being 11 at the time, decided to put in a random birthday over 21, cause that's old you had to be. My father has since then cut the credit card, I have lost all my access keys, and I... can't remember the password to the account (playNC). However, my usual GW user/pass should be the SAME, but it isn't, the pass was all numbers... so caps lock isn't the issue. The username is still my email, so I know that's not the problem... And this number is my password to nearly anything. So unless a playNC official changed my pass on the basis of my tickets, without emailing me, I'm royally screwed.
-my previous post, lost in submission- See, there lies the problem. A while ago, my acc was integrated to playNC, but I didn't remember any of the info, namely my birthdate. I was 11 at the time (yes, I must have been an idiot), but I put in a 21+ birthday, probably random. I think I remember most of the char names. I lost the access keys with time... I have nothing now. So I highly doubt I can regain access to my account, which worries me... ----------------------------- This is strange, when I attempt to log in, I get not one, but two errors, seemingly interchangably. 058 - Cannot connect to login servers and 227 - cannot verify login info. Ran virus scan, twice, and although my PC was infested, nothing affected GW.

Don't feel too bad, as our great & powerful admin Inde has admitted to falsifying information on her game registration. Many people do this for some strange reason.
Just call the phone number and see what help you can get. Be truthful, they have heard it all before and won't laugh at you. If your login name is correct then just give them rough purchase dates, character names/levels, or anything else that helps identify you as the owner. If the login email account is still active that will help a lot. Hopefully, the change in password is not due to a hacked account.

Glad to hear that. Welcome back to GW. Make sure to write down your access codes for the next time you get hacked.
