Good PvP Builds
Hi, I am more of a PvE person, but I wanted to try out PvP. If you have a good PvP build I would appreciate if you could link some.
Thx, M C Shorty |

Firstly, welcome to the world of PvP!
Have you checked out the Gladiator's Arena? some cool builds to be seen there, and you can search for a build that you would like to try. (don't get asking for builds there though) Also check out the PvX Wiki, also has some good builds for you to try. If your new, i'd recommend you try out the Shock Axe build. (search PvX) Don't forget to make up your own build from time to time! Good luck PvPing. Last edited by ll Jamie ll; Sep 17, 2009 at 09:43 PM // 21:43.. |

Well, when i started doing RA i realized that the build is only a little part of the big problem of PvP. The biggest parts are how to use that build, how to move in the battlefield, and learning base tecniques such as kiting, weapon swapping, linebacking etc.
So i suggest you to start choosing a build (search the guru or PvX for examples) and try to learn to use it in a lot of different situations. Also try different characters, because to be effective in PvP you have to know how everyone in the battlefield is going to behave. Remember that in PvP, running the best build in the world is less important than knowing how to use your build. If you enter an arena with a completely new build, probably you'll have a lot of problems, even if it's a "good" build, so don't mind making practice with it. For the PvP tecniques, i suggest you to search the guru..there's a lot of useful threads here. |
