How big is the Guild Wars trial?
Yeah, I am downloading the trial straight from the official website of guildwars.
Just wondering, how big is the trial? 2GBs? |

But I have no idea how big the cache is for the trial, depends on how far you go. Maybe less than 1 gb? |

As you rezone, if you don't have the requisite elements for that zone, these are prioritised as you can't play til you get to where you are going, but eventually the entire ~3.8GB will be downloaded. The trial is linked to a key which gives you 14 hours of play over 10 days. Last edited by caballo_oscuro; Sep 29, 2009 at 01:18 PM // 13:18.. |

One thing you can do is do a -image before creating an account. That way you can enjoy all the trial time without having to download anything while playing.

Right click the GWs .exe, go to properties, find the 'Target' field and add the command '-image' to the end. Hit apply, Ok, then let the client download all files before creating your account. Remove the -image command when you're done. |
