Will the items drop (candy apple, CC's) or are ToT bags the only drop?

ToT bags only, at least that's what dropped last year.

more than likely just the ToT's, from which you can get the variety of all objects. only ToT's dropped last year like Dzjudz said.

Last year if was the ToT bags. This year we do not know as Linsey has said she wanted to add different things to Halloween.
