How do you Weapon Swap?
Just a thread questioning how people go about Weapon Swaps IG?
Personally I have my R key assigned to cycle through weapons, I'm sure this isnt the fastest method as it seems to lag after casting and swapping... And clicking just isn't my thing! :P -Ddraeg |

This seems more like a thread to discuss the technique of proper weapon swapping and not a question about a particular thing that you do not know the answer to seeing that u know full well how to weapon swap;-). Prolly better off in riverside. Last edited by Eragon Zarroc; Nov 19, 2009 at 09:41 PM // 21:41.. |

f1-f4 + escape key gets rid of the lag between swapping. Makes for instant swapping in pvp.

What mouse are you using? I'm using | + f2 + f3 I only need 3 sets really, usually time | with guardian and swap back on fast cast or def. and as mentioned above, just move your char while swapping and you'll aovoid the delay nb! I'm using an european keyboard Last edited by Blue Gardener; Nov 20, 2009 at 12:21 AM // 00:21.. |

You could go one step further and make macros so when you hit 1 (which could be lets say WoH that it'll do escape, go to 40/40 set cast WoH and then go back to your regular set right after.

Hmmm yeah you could, but surely that would count towards botting?
I'm using a G15 and it does allow you to set up macros for your different profiles, I'll have a play around -Ddraeg |

i know most people use the f1-f4 buttons, but like you said it is a big stretch for my fingers because my keyboard is big, so i figured a way to swap fast without using them i just used the "Q" button for first set, "Z" for second set, and if you have a mouse with buttons on the side "mouse 4" and use that for set 3. I had to practice this at first of course so i just went to GToB and practiced or go to RA, i find it really fast since the buttons are very close
