Max armor and damage range - Guild Wars Forums

Hi

Does anyone know where I can get information on max armor and damage range for weapons and off-hand items for Req 6, 7, 8. For example :

Shield : Q6 ?
Q7 15 armor
Q8 16 armor
Q9 16 armor

Sword : Q9 15-22
Q8 ?
Q7 ?
Q6 ?

I have noticed that on the PC forum some are valuable and dont want to accidently merch them. I have checked wiki.guildwars and dont think it is mentioned anywhere.

I'm unsure of a page that has a table of them, but I can tell you some of minimums

14 armour shields at req 6 inscirbable
15 armour shields at req 7 inscribable
Max armour/damage/energy at req 7+ non-inscribable
Max armour/damage/energy at req 8+ insc
