Doing Luxon/Kurzick titles gives you more than enough cash for party/sweetie titles, I vanq, you get what drops, plus cash bonus after complete vanq, PLUS Faction bonus, trade for Amber/Jade)

Half the time I can't be arsed arguing with amber buyers and just sell to Mat trader for 600g

You'll get a load of faction doing Luxon and/or Kurzick vanquishes so that will help. If you're vanquishing you'll probably unlock a load of map anyway. I would recommend the cartography titles, I know you don't want to do them but it is a cheap and quick set of titles compared to the other 3 options.

you are going to vanq anyway, so definitely do the carto...it's very easy to do while vanq'ing and after the area is finished you can run around in total safety if you have a bit left to scrape...texmod makes this extremely easy to do. What I did was vanq areas in a clockwise fashion doing the perimeter and working my way into the center. The sweets/party/alcohol will all come naturally if you save what you find during holidays and spend what you make on s/p/a while you build it up. right now is a good time to stock up on holiday consumables, and they come in handy while you are vanq'ing, etc. like personal con sets. Also, to help out a bit, mysterious summoning stones are fun to bring along to break up the monotony..it's always fun to find out what ally you are going to get. And if you haven't died yet, definitely try to finish out legendary survivor, things will be so much easier at the end if you find you don't have to max a faction title (although it's nice to have as it's account-wide). You may find yourself doing 170+ ferndale vanq's as I did for my kurz title if you don't get LDOA or LS3 first!

Don't bother maxing LB/SS EOTN reps until you are done vanq'ing....you will get the majority of these points by doing so then just clean up the rest at the end, or during a 2x w/e. And deldrimor will be done by the time you finish the dungeons in NM/HM..you will probably find that ebon or asuran will be leftover which you should turn in your book(s) for as you finish them.

lucky/unlucky, wisdom, treasure hunter you will find are the hardest to get and will most likely be the ones that are leftover once you attain GWAMM. As you move along, be thinking about saving materials for your destroyer weapons (or money if you are going to buy them, or tormented weapons) and armor sets for your HoM. Also, pick up any undedicated pets and hero armor you see good deals on so you can fill your hall up, if that too is your GWAMM-related goal.
