Warrior/Monk - Sword build please
Hi, I think ive messed up my char by choosing monk as sec class for warrior. I am too lazy to start it all over becuz Im already lvl 9. I was wondering if you can save my character by giving me a good build for W/Mo (Sword). Why sword? well becuz a friend gave me a sword (name written with green) and I rlly wanna use that and not hammer or axe. Thanks in advance!

Don't worry. Just play along and ignore your second class. Choose 7 skills from your primary class and only add a resurrection skill from your monk secondary. The secondary class is somewhat useless in sub-20 levels and becomes more important in the later and more difficult areas of the game. You get the ability to change your second class at will before you arrive there.
For warrior-specific questions, look into the warrior section of the Campfire. |

To be a little more specific, here is a link to the warrior basics thread. Section 3.2 Campaign Specific Builds should help you out.
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10326347 And when you post asking for help, it helps to mention which campaign you are playing. That allows us to give more tailored advice.

If i were you, i would get a sword you could meet the requirements for until you can get your 9 sword mastery(im assuming) that you need for your green weapon. Otherwise, your gonna be hitting really low numbers.
As for your build, (assuming its prophecies) just use Sever Artery, Gash, Endure Pain, Healing Signet, "For Great Justice, ________________ <-fill that in. I would use adrenaline-based skills since wars have hardly any energy. Just dont use frenzy. It makes your game overload with big numbers... |

I can't believe nobody has mentioned Mending yet....
Which green was it? Some greens are better than others, but the mods on them can give a hint as to which skills to bring. If the sword has a +33% bleeding mod on it, for example, then bring a skill that causes bleeding. |
