EDIT: Btw they rip people off, the candysmiths make em for 2 candy cane shards, and sell them for 9-12 candy cane shards.. Best Powertraders i know, i guess we learnt from the best :P

They are at the weapon armory making sure they have all weapons ready. Then they will ship them via UPS to the main cities.
