Ran a hamstorm build in HA just last week... we got 1 kill. It will never be outdated I mean its on the back of the prophecies box, it has to be good.

echomendingfrenzyhealsig.

Yea, I went there. My war does that, I had to double ascend after getting 42 maxed titles. Pain, but SO worth it for the sheer awesomeness of the entire idea.

Someone posted a screenshot of that, actually. Go W/Me, and you can achieve the ultimate cliche' Wammo.

Arcane Echo
Arcane Thievery
Arcane Larceny
Frenzy
Healing Signet

I think that was the build.
You could probably throw in Smooth Criminal and Arcane Mimicry(with another hero using Echo) for even more massive Mending Power. There are a few foes in PvE that have Mending that you can steal. Like these or these from this quest.
