When will it be and does anyone know if the CC collectors will be coming back?

I hope they bring back some way to obtain more CC shards as i foolishly traded all of my remaining in for gifts
assuming they will be needed for finale redux

The tonic makers are still in towns.
So are the candysmiths.
Gift giver is gone in LA, but still there in Kamadan.
Also LA and Kamadan still have a snowman henchman except for Kamadan International district.

Edit: Actually the gift giver is only missing in LA.

Wintersday in July wasn't a redux for screwing up the finale...I'd expect much sooner than July...

the weekend event still has not been posted on the log in screen. However, if it's not this weekend then I doubt it will happen. Wintersday in July would be next similar event.

Maybe Wintersday in July indeed. Wintersday in July normally doesn't have hats right? So add a finale to that to get the hats
