How long does it take for an email to be sent?

Can you still log-on to your account using the old password when we got the message that says: your password has been reset and sent to you (email) ?

Your account name must be one of these:
A valid email address < any email address?

Anyone ! Help!

Hello

I am really not here to give you an answer, but I have some problems myself, maybe like yours?

After some years I decided I should give this game a try, but now the game won't let me log-in cause of invalid password. I went into the master account several times, changing passwords and none keeps working even after that.
Sent a mail 1 day ago about my problem but still no reply on it, kinda sux bigtime.

So is this a common problem these days for others too? OP; you solved it?

Vampyrica, did you notice the new box at the login screen where you should enter one of your characters name ?

Not yet vampyrica, I am login to the game with the old password. This is why I am wandering if this should be the case. Now I am afraid to log out, since I do not know when they are going to attend to my password change.

Also if you try to login into your game with character name and still unable to, chances are you have been hacked! and if you have not check into your account for a long time, chances are your account has been sold ... but lets keep are fingers crossed that nothing of that sort has happen

If what you are asking is..Changing the password, then it's easy. Just make sure you are no less than 13 characters with your password, and no more then that (i don't think it goes higher I believe, and you'll confuse it when trying to log in, it'll fail each time) and you should be right back in business.

No I managed to change my password for my NCSoft master account.

But I am still waiting for a reply where they say they would send me a new password for to login to the game. As of now, I am still using my old password to login, which is weird, since the notice says a new password has been send to my email, which I have yet to received.

Its just very confusing and worrying, and its starting to make me agitated that what if I have given them a wrong email address and they have send my information to another email?

That is why I want to know what valid email address means? Do they send info to just any valid email address or valid email address use to signed up for the game account?

should have just leave the password as it is

.... /rub hands ...
