So lets say I get a name change for one of my characters, will this also change the name shown on all the items "dedicated" to me? Will it also change the name shown on my statues and whatnot in my Hall of Monuments, and the books, or will it only change the actual name, but leave all that past stuff the same?

The names won't change, but they'll work exactly the same. I know that's how it works for weapons, not sure if it works that way for the Hall of Monument.

Names are purely cosmetic. Anything dedicated, or assigned to you works with a character ID in the server that will never change.

For all of your name-change questions.

"Customized items will not be renamed to reflect the new name, but the items will still be usable by the character associated with them."

As for the HoM, I don't know.
