Drop list of tomes by profession - Guild Wars Forums

Hello everyone,

So i was searching with google and this site trying to find a list of tome locations by profession and I have not had any luck. Is there any site that can direct me to such information.

Before you direct me to guild wars wiki, I have checked and there is little to no information on where to get such info.

From wiki

Acquisition
Random drop in hard mode (non-elite version)
Random drop from boss in hard mode (elite version)
Locked Chest (both versions)
Zaishen Chest (both versions)
Zaishen Coin collectors:
Pohke: one non-elite tome for 2 50
Jessie Llam: one elite tome for 2 100

To summarize, tomes drops in HM from any enemies. Enemies that are elementalist will drop elementalist tomes; enemies that are warrior will drop warrior tomes; etc...
Elite tomes drops from bosses in HM or Lock Chest.

For elite tomes your best bet is to choose a boss of the right profession that you can fastly kill over and over again (some farming builds on pvx, like the old a/e, has list of some bosses). If you need a specific profession but you can't recall a boss (for elite tomes) or a place with a lot of foes (for reg ones) of the right profession, you can probably ask here on forums but you'll have to be more specific (and tell what farming build you using).

Chests are random, and tomes themselves do not drop from anything but a monster of that class. So you just need to know where a particular class of monster is at for that tome. No, there is not a list of where tomes drop because they drop EVERYWHERE.
