copy the gw file onto a usb stick.
program files>guild wars>right click on file>copy. go to memory stick and paste. when u put the mem stick into a pc go to the file run gw exe and biingo. if u want to run the actual process of a mem stick then U3 from sandisk may work Last edited by Deatgs Corrupter; Jan 31, 2010 at 02:38 PM // 14:38.. |

GW is perfectly portable, if you overlook that it writes a few strings to the registry. No personal details so if it doesn't bother you.. just copy the files to any USB memory. Preferrably a very fast USB memory.
why not an external 2.5" hardddive? They're small enough to put in your pocket, fast enough to run games, bigger than flash drives and can usually be powered from USB alone. |

The install is only needed first time, just run it and install it to your external harddrive :-)
Or create a .reg file to patch the GW registry data to bypass the install completely. |

You drag it onto the stick, and play it from the stick anywhere. It is not any simpler than that. There is no fooling with the registry, no problems.
