EoE - FoWSC - What quests? - Guild Wars Forums

I want to try my hand at EoE for FoWSC (been doing monk for too long). I know what the role is ect, just don't know when to take the quests. This is what I am assuming:

- At Tower with Rastigan the Eternal, we kill the shadow spawns. After we kill them, I take all of Rastigan's quests. Do quests.
- Go to forge. At forge, I take all the quests from the Forgemaster. Do quests.
- Go to forest, when we get to Wailing Lord, I stay back with him. Once they tell me, I take griffons then I walk them back to tower carefully.

Am I understanding this correctly?

The EoE has really 2 major jobs: 1)Keeping splinter weap on the 100b 2)Taking quests

Once Rasti comes up splint weap the 100b for the split..after accepting reward and taking wailing lord quest continue with rest of group. At the forge one concern is taking the quest from Eternal Lord Taeres (sp?) as he can spawn into aggro and group will blame you for that. So once forge is cleared take the single quest (perma should be already on south side waiting for spawn. Keep casting splint weap and keep spirits in range then move to north spawn here cast splint weap on the 100bs move spirits into range then go back to south side (little south-east) and wait for Taeres to spawn. Once he spawns take quest immediately and go back to forgemaster take both quests. Onto forrest where u are spot on with what to do. Last bit of advice on taking griffs to tower...ping a target constantly as it helps to keep the griffs following you and not the other party members.

I'm having a hard time reading that wall of text. So I'll put in a easier to read format and tell me if I'm understanding this:

At Tower: Take quest Wailing Lord
At Forge: Take the quest from Forgemaster (once cleared). After we do that quest, I go to Taeres and take his quest and then I go to Forgemaster and take both of his quests
Forest: What do you mean by ping a target? Like ping "I'm targeting myself"?

take all quests the MT comes in contact with, and dont take griff quest until the MT is ready for it, what they mean by pinging is for the griffons, if they stray u call a target near u and they will run right too u, and dont take griffons before they say or the bad pugs will QQ.

For the Griffins they will follow the person who pings an enemy target. So when escorting them and like other people are moving you ping an enemy target so they stick to you.

Don't forget about Eternal Lord Taeres. You should take 4 quests total in the forge. 7 total in the quest.
2 from Rastigan, both taken at Tower of Courage after you kill the Shadow Lord. Make sure you have Wailing Lord
1 from Forge when the Forgemaster spawns up. Make sure the MT is ready for you to take the quest. After both sides of forge, 2 more from Eternal Forgemaster and 1 from Eternal Lord Taeres (you should have Restore the Temple of War, Khobay the Betrayer, and Tower of Strength)
1 from Wailing Lord when MT says he's ready (A Gift of Griffons)

Yep all that is right...just be rdy for Taeres to spawn once group is bout to finish killing the spawn at north of forge. EDIT: he spawns southwest not southeast.
