Can't access online store
Everytime I click on the "Enter Store" button, it stays on the "Loading..." screen for a long time, and then it fails to connect and this pops up:
"Network Error. Please check your connection to the internet and try again. (Code=221)" However my internet connection is fine, and I can freely access the game, just not the online store. I've also unblocked Guild Wars on firewall. Just wondering if it's a problem on GW's side or mine, and if so, what can I do about it? I've sent this to support, but thought I might as well post it here. Thank you. |

Have you linked your account with an NCSoft account? I don't know if that will help but I know there is some link required between the two to buy stuff.

i do not have an NCSoft account and i can access ingame store with no problem. to add to the confusion, i have purchased from the ingame store as well....with no problem whatsoeva.
o.o with the powers vested in me, i assert that it is your 3rd party internet security program (or recent update to it) that may be causing your issue. to check, close the security program momentarily, start gw and then open the ingame store... ....(aeligos begins to chant).... verify with me, that my powers are omnipotent as they are oft-true and telling. -.- |

If at all possible, look on ebay first. The in game store is the biggest flaming piece of shit joke of a "store" i've ever had the disgrace of attempting to use. Probably a few hundred attempts over the last four years with a total of FIVE different cards and they all gave me different errors each time. Oddly enough the majority of the error #'s i recieved weren't able to be googled and support didn't know wtf to do with themselves when i sent them screenshots of the errors.
