Ok so I finished this quest on one of my characters, but I haven't done any of the Ebon Vanguard quests. I have Doomlore Shrine on my map but still have Search for the Missing Vanguard, and I know I haven't finished it. Is there any way I can find Captain Langmar to get EBSoH without doing the quests?
