Level Requirement to Cap in EotN? - Guild Wars Forums

I had a level 16 E/R in EotN. I tried to cap the ranger boss outside the Eye outpost, but when I highlighted the skill, the "capture" option was not available, even though the skill was not "known". Glitch or the way it is?

ummm....do you have the campaign the skill is from originally (in this case nightfall) on your account

Guild: LF guild that teaches MTSC (did it long ago before gw2 came out and I quit...but I barely remember) Profession: N/A	ummm....do you have the campaign the skill is from originally (in this case nightfall) on your account
