Hello . I didn`t play about 1 year and yesterday i have try to enter the server and i was complete all fields whitout "name of charecter" becouse i have forggot the name of charecter and i writed to [email protected]
I didnt recive answare 3 times what i can do to play ???

Unfortunately there???s nothing we can do you'll just have to sit tight and wait for ANet to contact you.

They will ask you to provide your CD keys (should be in your game case providing you kept them) to prove you are who you say you are. They may also ask you stuff like Post/Zip Code and Address which you should have provided when you first created your Guild Wars account. If you haven't received a response within a week try again.

If that fails go here:

and send a support ticket online.

That???s about the best info anyone???s going to be able to provide you on here.

if you didnt reinstall GW chances are you may have a old screenshot folder. Check that and see if you have one with a name on it =)

You need to wait for a reply. Sending the same request won't help, it will only slow down the processing of your ticket.
