Disable Combat Music? - Guild Wars Forums

This game has really good atmospheric music, but the combat music gets sort of annoying ;p

Is there a way to disable it?

Are you referring to the sounds of using skills/attacking?

No, he's definitely referring to the music that the game switches to when you or your party enters combat.

You can disable all of your music, but there's no way to stop just the switch from happening.

Such a shame too, the normal music is great.

u could always manually turn it all off everytime u fight, but that might become tiresome ;-)

How about disable the in game music, purchase sound track from direct song and then play the music while playing guild wars

Might there be a way to do this mucking with directsong? Think you can install & edit the controlling data file without even having the music.
