My account is blocked?
I haven't played in about a year, I have never botted or cheated or anything.
Today I tried to login to my account to start a new character and my password wasn't working. I went to "reset password" and it said to check my NCsoft account. So I tried to login to my NCsoft account and it said it's been permanently blocked... major wtf?! Does anyone know what I should do? Thanks |

Other than that, we can't really do anything about your ban. Good luck trying to get your account back.

They did do a massive ban spree a few weeks back. They banned for botting, match manipulation and.....something else.

So someone haxd me and did all this and now I'm blocked?
What are the chances of getting my account back? I worked hard for all my items and stuff it will really drive me insane if I can't get it back because some douche hacked me. |

If you have your CD keys and know all of the information related to your account, and you haven't been Perma Banned then you just might get your account back. It may take a while especially this weekend. Seeing as how it's a holiday weekend.

Contact [email protected] and put the Code=045 in the subject line. Give them all the account information you can to prove you are the real owner of the account. But if you have botted at anytime, don't bother. You will waste your time and theirs.

There is hope for you my friend... If you feel you are in the right and that NCsoft has no right to ban your account, then you can simply contact the Better Business Bureau of Austin Texas. This is where the HQ of NCsoft in the USA is located. Just google them they have a very easy complaint system all online...you can also see many other people who have had issues with NCsoft and the BBB facilitated a solution...in most cases. I know from first hand experience about these matters as I had help from the BBB in resolving a banned account issue..... I am very pleased to say that the entire purchase price of that banned account was returned to me from NCsoft..... it took only a few days for them to respond... the BBB sets deadlines for responding. Good luck to you and every one else out there trying to reslove their issues. |

i know they dont need your password, but it could help them figure out that its ours. I mean if you've changed your passwords in the past it might help unblock your account. If you know what your passwords USED to be that just might show proof of ownership. im just suggesting using what pass it used to be along w/ its predeccessors. might help establish reliabilty.
and glad you think my advice is reliable <3. ok OP gl getting your account back. It may take awhile(especially since no on is there on the weekend) for support to get back to you. Dont get discouraged, they've been cut down drastically so it takes longer. gl again hope to see you in GW soon ^_^. |

I got an email back from them today asking for my CD keys and some other stuff so I gave it to them. Have my fingers crossed, I hope this can be resolved because I really never botted.

Well I can tell you my GW game account was blocked sometime within the last week. I've been playing for 5 years consistently and haven't participated in any activities that would warrant a ban or block on my game account during that time. It was to my surprise that I would actually get blocked when I logged in Friday night.
So what I did do was email NCsoft support and provided them the information they requested after several emails. They did take care of my problem and unblocked my game account sometime around 4 am, July 4th. Go figure, looks like they are responding, especially during holidays, which is good. Not sure why, unless something potentially bad happened which warranted them to keep up with emails during the July 4th holiday weekend. I suppose my game account was possibly mixed in with some sort of mass ban, block, or something related. I can't think of anything in particular, so this is just speculation.
