I'm doing quest unspeakable, unknowable and cutscene won't trigger. Any suggestions? View attachment for pic.

Maybe you didn't kill an enemy from a group? Or have you tried holding the Crystals while talking to him? Although when I did it I remember just having to drop the crystals near him.
