What more do you need? It seems like you want every mouse click to be explained. You'll need to be more specific if you want useful answers.

press the F11 key on your keyboard then change the language to w/e you understand ,start a new character read all that Non player characters say.

I'm just new to the game and I'm not so understand ...
I want to be elementalist ...
If at first I chose elementalist (that the election figures), so it means I elementalist? Or I should talk to someone that will make me?
Because when I speak with all kinds of NPC I registered that I could turn to a monk, necromancer, ranger, mesmer, warrior .... And not elementalist ...
So it's like secondary jobs?

In Guild Wars you get a Primary Profession and a Secondary profession. Your primary is chosen when you make the character and can never change. You pick a secondary profession at the start of the game and gain the ability to change it later in the game.
