Where exactly are the spirit of truth located in the torment zones?
Do they spawn on completion of each area or something?

i feel as if i am missing something

They spawn on completion of either one of the 4 areas, near the chest which gives you the gems.

They spawn with the chest every time you complete one of the areas in doa. You talk to them to trade in your 15 gem sets for an armbrace.
