First thing, hello everyone. This is my first post.
I'm new to the game (playing for a couple of weeks) and i have a few questions....
I've read the wiki on the titles and want to try to make a character going for Gwamm.
To obtain some help in 3 titles (sweet tooth, drunkard and party animal) i'll farm the quest Gift of the adventurer in pre searing ascalon with a dedicated character....but how do i transfer the gifts i recive to the Gwamm character???
There are no xunlai chest in pre searing ascalon (or i have not seen them).

And, another question, i'd really like to have the Legendary survivor title (from a roleplaying point of view a Gwamm should have it in my opinion) even if i know it's not strictly necessary.....i'll start a ritualist so in factions....do you have some good advices??

Well welcome to GW and Guru.

As for the farming in pre-sear, I have a toon that carries items over to post, which I then delete and start another carrier toon in pre-sear. Or ask around in your guild or alliance if someone is doing the same thing, and they can carry gifts over to post. I carry stuff over for others all the time. Don't open gifts until you get to post!

Ritulist is the best toon for a survivor. I suggest asking guild members for help in missions, so you can map out if things begin to go badly.
Best to have another toon go through a quest. etc. before you take your survivor through it to get familiar with what you will face.

Last Halloween they had a Halloween quest thread that gave you 10k every time you completed it. During the first 2 parts you would not get a dp if you died, however in the last part you would. Hard to describe but I did the quest on one toon, and gave the wanted items to my survivor, which she turned and and received the rewards. I finished the title at that point. Only catch is GW said it was a one time quest thread. We shall see if they do it again this year. It's a great way to gets loads of XP.

you'll have to take a character from pre into post for that. whether you want to ask a friend for help, or just transfer over your pre-farmer is up to you.

ritualist should be pretty easy, load up the spirits and then hide behind them. much like minions (necro mm), they can be used as meatshields to a degree. solo farming/dwarven boxing would be the quickest way to obtain the title, although you can also get it just from normal gameplay.

You could always just grind legendary survivor from eotn or buy kalth hammers. For a new player its way safer to grind it opposed to doing the missions and having to start over.

For legendary survivor I did a mix of The dungeon :http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Fronis_Irontoe's_Lair
And I bought Hammers of Kathandrax, since ur new to the game. I would suggest u to do the dungeon many times, its one of the safest and easiest ways since u dont got allot of gold to spend

There are no Xunlai chests in pre-searing, so you'll have to either take them to post (After having farmed up a bunch - a stack or more - of gifts) with your your character and then re-make that character to farm more. Or you can have someone you trust take them to post for you.

One thing I'll suggest is that you get your GWAMM up to Legendary Survivor before using sweets/party/drunk items so you're not wasting any.

My first Legendary Survivor got it with Snow Wurms in Ice Cliff Chasms (Eye of the North). It's quite a grind, but probably the safest way to go without having to spend a whole lot of money, except for the experience scrolls. Spirit-spam is the most brainless way to go there (and most primaries can spirit-spam for this purpose). Just make sure you investigate the area in HM with a non-survivor character first, so you know where the pop-ups are and don't accidentally wander into danger, even if there is a bloody chest right there. Ahem.

Also, read the wiki about any missions you're considering attempting, to avoid death count bugs and other gotchas. Adventure with your Guild tab open so you can escape with one fast click (2 if partied with real people). Skip all cutscenes. And don't PUG.

Instead of taking the farmer to post (which is quite unconvenient since a high lvl char farms better) I always keep a free slot and make a char for the purpose, I ask a friend to help me in the trade, take the new one to post, put in storage and then delete it and then repeat when I have a good amount of gifts to transfer.
