Link UK & US Version? - Guild Wars Forums

I can't seem to find the answer to this so I need to ask. Is it possible to link your account with games from two different regions? For example I would like to buy/add the key from a UK version of Nightfall to my US version of Factions; possible?

As far as I know, accounts can't be linked if the key already has been used to create an account, no matter what version.

If you however have an US Nightfall account, bought a UK Factions key and added the key to the Nightfall account...that's perfectly possible.

I would think that they would both have to been registered in the same region , ie a UK and US account both registered in US , the game is no different in different regions .

No, I haven't purchased them yet so the keys have not been used. I was going to install the US Factions and then link the UK Nightfall to it. Just wanted to make sure it would work before wasting money.
