How to Twist Cape? - Guild Wars Forums

Really dumb question so here we go.

Im sure everyone once in a while has looked at their stationary character and noticed that its cape is twisted or krinkled or w/e you call it. I have also seen some people in outposts with capes like this (apparently deliberate). How do you purposefully twist your cape? i have tried all kinds of running and stopping combos and cant seem to get it.

in diff locations of diff areas someting causes that. like in some parts of kamadan standing at grass in right place does that
