I don't know what email address my GW account is linked to and I also don't have any of my product/activation keys. Is there anything I can do to put it on my new email address?

If you remember your login info (pass) and remember the name of one of your characters, I would try every email adress it could possibly be on, I.E. every email adress you have ever used, could have linked it to. If that doesn't work, send a mail to NCsoft, but that wouldn't help you with anything... Because they can't help you with that.. Pray you can get it off, else there is nothing to do i fear...

GW doesn't need to be a current email address to login, just thought I would mention that in case you thought otherwise.
The login address can have ceased to exist but you can still enter it and the password to play.

Best thing is to contact anet explaining what's happened and giving as much information as you can.

Everything helps.

When were bought approx is ok
How many games on the account.
anything extra you bought character slots upgrades etc
Roughly how long since you played etc
Character name names would be useful

Then be patient if they believe its you which is quite likely esp if they see the account has been dormant for quite a while then you could get access again.

Once you have been able to log in to your account, be sure to change your Contact email address to a current one. As long as you have one valid email on record for the account you will be fine in the future.

Contact them at [email protected] and put LOST LOGIN INFO in the subject line.

Okay, thanks guy. I wasn't really worried about playing the game and everything, just for when GW2 comes out so i get all my rewards but if it's link to a random wtf email, will I still be able to get them? :P

The email address that is your account name does not have to be a valid address. We recommend that people creating a new account use a one-time email address. This is to help prevent account stealing by people who know your normal email address. As long as ArenaNet has a valid contact address for you, your account is fine.

If you can't log in now, you should contact ArenaNet and get it straightened out before GW2 is released. They will be swamped with requests at that time.
