less attribute points than i should? - Guild Wars Forums

my level 20 elementalist and yet i don't have enough attribute points for two attributes to be 12 (i have 185 in tottal).
my other level 20 characters do, have i missed a quest or something?

Yes. Depending on which campaign you started in, there will be a quest which will give you your remaining 15 points (you've already done one somewhere along the way).

in prophecies you have to do a quest in marhan's grotto (and it seems to be easily missed)

in factions you have to do a quest from seitung harbor that many people miss

for nightfalls... i believe both quests are in sunspear great hall, and i dont know too many peeps that have missed that

The Prophecies one you're referring to is The Hero's Challenge, obtained from Vanyi in Droknar's Forge and completed just outside Copperhammer Mines.

Read the page I linked to though, Xilen; this quest has complicated pre-requisites and is often missed.
