Can I get ferries from the Monastery in Factions to KC and LA? Are there any requirements to get a ferry to those two places from Factions?

You can't get off the island unless you do the missions. When you get to KC, you take the quest to LA, Kamadan or EotN.

From monestary?

well...they would have to do all the primary quests up until they hit and then from there its an easy ferry to LA.
