+10 vs demons shields - Guild Wars Forums

Anyone have any idea where these are most likely to drop? Is it completely random or more likely to drop from an actual demon?

I got a +10 vs undead from a skeketon in FoW. so it seems that maybee they drop from they are + vs.

Random Drop from Faction & Tyria, Chesting is probably best way trying first get shield drop and then 10vs demons is just random

I say it is mostly random. However, for a while there I was receiving several drops with "vs. Demons" mods on them while farming for Dragon Root in Pongmei Valley -- but I wasn't really paying attention to which type of creatures were dropping them. It was likely either Dragon Moss, Undergrowth or Stone Scale Kirin. Made several runs with my Rit, selling the drops to the merch before realizing I had quite a few "vs Demons" items. So I started to look out for more of those in later runs but they hardly ever dropped after that.

BTW "vs Damons" items was recently discussed at the beginning of the month here.

Best way to get 10+ vs demons is doing doa both the stygian aegis and aegis of arrrghh is 10+ vs demons.

I have gotten a few off the last few missions of Nightfall as well. Granted only one was max and +10 but no other Mod. I think the skin was an iridescent aegis if I remember correctly. Other than that they have been a rare drop for me.

you're most likely mistaking Nightfall for Factions or Prophecies, unmoddable shields shouldn't drop in Nightfall in forms of gold shields.

I got one from feather farming (I got really happy, because I was about to buy the green +10ar vs demo shield. But mine only reqs 7 tact for 11ar. Perfect for my monk)

Tyrian? Are you sure? I thought they were Factions only. Do you have a pic of +10 demons on a Prophecies skin?
