Where are the players?? - Guild Wars Forums

Hello!

I havent played GW since 2007 or something...Just started to play nightfall and are now at mission 7 or 8...Until now i havent met people doing missions togheter or anything. Doing them with Henchmen are starting to get boring..

So my question is, where are the players? Will i meet them later when i get further? Is GW dead?

Make sure ur on american districts. thats where most ppl are

Also for somewhat easy missions etc its hard find company (hopefully embark beach does lil differ)

Just play during US or Euro Peak times and most croud shows.

Overall best way is get good guild and find company from there

Guild Wars has a fairly large population, but they are spread out. Most new players start in Prophecies, so it takes some time for them to reach Nightfall. We also recommend that they join guilds so that they can take advantage of a known group of people who might be doing the same areas.

Ok, i guess ill have to check out the american servers too!!

I will sure look for it, is there a place i can read about this update?

Hi there , plenty of guys floating around for e.g eye of north, and would say most areas if you are on at the right time.

With Embark Beach ect coming to-day this should make you find a party quicker saving you hoping from campaign to campaign.

the part where you said ..dead , no its not may be dead as you put it to some guys who are finished with the game but new/returning players are coming into it each day.

Tonight an update will introduce a new outpost called Embark Beach where you can make groups for all missions in the game, a centralised mission hub.

There are a few threads in Riverside on the Feature Build with more info.

If you only speak/write/type English go to American. Else go to German.

Wartower (an elite fansite) and the German Games Con /Gamescom /GDC Europe is evidence that Germany is the only other major zone playing GW.

France had the Paris Games Week, by Germany has a bigger GW population.

Other Evidence: 54/76 trade messages in Kamadan on Euro districts are from Germany. The next biggest population is French, 17/78. American has over 141 trade messages at this time.

There will be an update tonight that opens up a new outpost called "Embark Beach", located in the Battle Isles. Look there after the update comes out, and you should see all the players you need to see.
