q8 Tactics Shields - Guild Wars Forums

I was wondering if there was a certain place to increase my chances to find q8 tactics shields? Is it better to play in NM or HM?

Doing DoA NM has gotten me quite a few q7-q8 shields,specially if you dont leave after doing the quests with pugs.
most of them dont care about blue items, and will therefor not pick them up.
One run i had 8 q7-8 shields, all inscrib, and myself only had one drop for me, rest where the other partymembers.

Otherwise probably raptor-farming, if you don't mind the Great Conch skin. It will take quite a few farms though.
