Does arenanet know that the turtle has been getting stuck for years in FA or do they just not care?

Some guy even kept a record, which was also submitted in at least one bug report. They just won't (can't?) do anything about it.

I can't find it at the moment but I remember someone from the liveteam explaining they looked into it, and it isn't something easy to fix. The turtle behaviour isn't scripted like most npc's that has to move, but programmed right into the code of the game. This mean it is very hard to rewrite it.
