Thanks all. Once again, all excellent suggestions. I appreciate the differing viewpoints. I'll definitely save the quests until 16 since that seems the best time to use them.

Another question. I know it's probably easier to get 50/50 by using multiple characters, but is it also possible by just doing it all with one character? Even though it will take me longer, I think I would enjoy getting everything on one character more than splitting it up between several.
