because it's quite hard to get the Ghost of Ascalon and Edge of Destiny here, I'd like to ask the other's how and where had they got their ones.
Or link to ebook, where I don't have to pay with credit card.

I got mine ordering from uk amazon, cause no danish book store sells them.
Ofc. the above suggestion might have worked, done similar thing with a couple of books in the past when the store didn't have them.

Not really tried it... but paypal supposedly is an option for those without a credit card too.

Anyways... never hurts to find out if a book store will order them for you.

That would require to find a very good bookshop in a larger city than I live in, but I'll try.

The best option would be printing e-book, but that also requires paying with credit card.
