Inscriptions for Factions/Proph? - Guild Wars Forums

Hey all =] I'm going shield shopping, and I'm saddened to see many of the really pretty skins are from factions or prophecies, and thus aren't inscrib friendly.

Is there any way to get these skins with inscription slots? I was under the impression places like the Zaishen Chest, FoW chest, UW chest, etc have a chance to drop any skin with an inscription--would this be a way to get one of these skins with an inscription?

The one I really have my eye on now is the embossed aegis, is this a possibility, or am I doomed to farmming random golds in hopes of finding one with the mods I want? =[

Thanks in advance for the info! I tried searching to no success :[

Wiki is pretty conclusive on drops.

Could try the buy and sell here on Guru.

Or the auction. I don't know what attribute you are looking for, but tactics ones go pretty cheap apparently.

1st: There are green versions of that shield too.

2nd: You don't really want that shield. Is just too small..
