How do they check before banning?
I want to know how ANET checks players before deciding to ban them. I know some third party programs and bots can be detected with they interfere with game play.
But, why do accounts get randomly banned when there is no apparent reason. No third-party or bots. No spamming, cursing, racism... nothing that would violate their terms. Do they ban because they "think" something? Obviously, you they need no proof what-so-ever. I ask because the account of the person playing with me got banned randomly. She bought her account last night and its not even 24 hours old yet. |

Lots of reasons why people can get banned and honestly wont go on boring you with it. But can be a BOT down to something as simple as a character NAME thats not within the rules.

Support usually gives you a reason for why you were banned. The different codes mean different things, you can always ask and they'll give you a general reason. Unfortunately they won't ever give out how they detect things.
