Question about D/P profession
So there's something I noticed when I chose Paragon as my second profession. I can purchase Leadership skills, but I don't have the Leadership attribute. It's the opposite for the Command skill though. I can't purchase any command skills, but I have the Command attribute. Is this normal, or do the command skills come later?

You cannot invest points into the primary attribute of your secondary profession. As Leadership is the primary for Paragons, this is normal.
For the latter, command is a secondary attribute, so this is expected behavior. Looking at the available skills trainer in Kamadan, and the hero skill trainers both there and at the Sunspear Great Hall, they do not offer any, so not seeing any is expected. You can see the entire list of Command-linked skills here: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Command You can see the offerings of Nightfall skill trainers here: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/List_...skill_trainers

Note though that skilltrainers offers any unlocked skills from that campaign in addition to the skilltrainers standrard set of skills. It means that you can pretty easily buy commandskills from those trainers by first unlocking them using balthazar factions.

The next (closest) skill trainer you'd get for those command skills would probably be the one in the Sunspear Command Post once you reach Kourna.
