Selling a Guildhall - Guild Wars Forums

Hello Guru, I was wondering if I was able to sell my full GH, or do I need to sell the Guild aswell? Or am I able to gain a Celestial Sig and sell it to people that way? Or is there a way of selling my GH which I do not know about?

Only way to "sell" the gh is to sell the guild to another player. The guild hall just goes with it.

Right, but even then the only way to sell guilds is to have a trim, as there's hardly a market (if any) for just full Guild Halls..

if you want to keep the guild but change the guildhall buy the celestial sig and then take a tour of the guildhalls and choose the one you want and turn in the ceestial sig for it. other than that, yes if you sell the hall you sell the guild and you wont get what you put in it or at all as there isnt a market for them.
