Reduced Rep From Handbooks? - Guild Wars Forums

So, after the update today, I just remembered to turn in a few Speedbooks I had done yesterday. Only got 1.5k rep per book, same experience, same gold.

Realllly confused if they changed this in the update or not, off to do another book to see if it still applies.
