Ok so today I noticed that i have 300k ebon vanguard reputation points and legendary survivor title for no reason on my ranger. I have never even been past the eotn outpost and I have exactly 1.350.000 on legendary survivor title. I have never done these two titles on my ranger.

Barrage + Ignite Arrows? You're right; that is odd.

Change your password just to be safe. If you don't know how you got those titles, it's possible someone else may have compromised your account. Also, there is that Snowball Dominance quest. Rewards from that quest could account for the reputation points and survivor title.

Maybe you farmed Snowball Dominance festival quest during last Wintersday on your ranger?

Aside from the consumable item rewards that you probably don't have if farming this quest was the case, this might be plausible answer:

Somebody abusing ranger on your account to farm Snowball Dominance over and over, which would result in such high amount of points in Vanguard title.

Snowball Dominance 270 times.

270 * 500 (rep) = 135,000
270 * 5,000 (xp) = 1,350,000

Probably did more than that but died somewhere before the 270 consecutives.
