Hi all. I'm fairly new to GW, been playing for the past month hardly and am enjoying the game as much as I can to learn the lore before I step into GW2 and also earn as many points in HoM as I can. Am currently standing at 6points in HOM and already have Black Widow at lvl 18, hope to get it to 20 in a day. I searched online but couldn't get clear picture if it is possible to get Imperial Phoenix by asking someone who unlocked it to run to Zaishen Menagerie and tame it over there.

Thanks to the lovely community of GW, I got 5 Zaishen gold coins, 5 Silver coins, and few more Copper coins from one user for free while trying to sell Z-keys. I have 10 Z-keys as well. And around 15K gold. Hoping to finish Wayfarer quest for Tormented weapon. What's the best way to make use of these funds to get any other points in the limited time? Would highly appreciate any help from the veterans to this noob.

No it isn't possible.

The menagery can not be accessed in company of another player so you can not access another players menagery.

If you have finished factions I have no problem to give you a shiro run (nm) for free to get to the imperial phoenix and capture it there.

i thought black widow spiders were automatically level 20? i can also help you get a black moa if you have access to the kuzick side aspenwood gate. send me a message here with what time you can be online and i'll take you out so you can tame it, if you want it.

thanks for the help guys. am yet to finish factions. guess i'll hav to do the full campaign to get it. black widow i got is unlocked at menagerie using gold coins and leveled it to 18. death leveling keeps getting buggy everytime as my monk gets stuck at certain objects and the spider attacks him instead of me most of the times.so gave up DL. hav already dedicated black moa at HoM. so i only hav to get black widow to 20 and get phoenix.

Two suggestions for the bw

1: it sounds like you have asked wynn to produce a black widow and are trying to charm that. Instead of doing it that way go to the caves, find a lvl 5 black widow and dl it using a vampiric weapon. The animal will level from your deaths without attacking you or your heroes. Check guild wars wiki for the way to do this.

2. Balck widows in the uw are all level twenty - however the elder ones can not be entered into the hom. So take a good team of heroes and do the clearing the monument quests until a hearty or dire one spawns, charm it and put it in the hom.

faster way is what swift is talking about death leveling. roll a necro pvp and use a vamp weapon with some health sacrificing skills. add a couple sup runes so when the resmers res you you instantly die. take another hero with well of power so the resmers don't run out of energy. just make sure the pet is in your bubble and it will gain xp. wait until lvl 20 then have them use a res skill that is a full health res and weapon swap off the vamp weapon. tame and dedicate
