does anyone know some places with some enemies who use the rit skill "Signet of Binding" ? i wanna test some stuff

A PvP scrimmage would probably suit your needs. It's not split for PvP.

If that doesn't work for some reason, it's easy to narrow down the options. It's a NF skill for a Factions exclusive profession. In NF Assassins+Rits tend to only be bosses (for skill capturing purposes) making them easy to sort through. EotN and Beyond content is a little harder, depending on how many rit foes you can identify (just mentally scroll through each creature type (jotuns, dinosaurs, monkeys, etc) and pick out any with rits). From the wiki boss list, your options are this and this.

Alternatively, you could just tell us what you're testing and we might know.
