Can Someone Be Co-Leader Of A Guild - Guild Wars Forums

Me and my friend have a guild but I was to lazy to go and make I still paid half for cape and Im much better then him but hes the leader and thats a little dissapointing. Is there anyway to have me co-leader even if we have to get rid of the guild and make it again and register 2 leaders or whatever.
