Default Question about ascension

I thought after completion of ascension, your character was to recieve more attribute points, yet I have the same amount I did before hand. Was I mislead, or is there something else I need to do to get them? thanks.

I heard about this, but yes, I didn't get them either. I do know there is a quest BEFORE ascension that awards 15 of them.

Default Less ATT for PvP chars?!

This is cool. So I can still gain 30 more Att points that I was not aware of. However that leaves a question. If I can get to 230 Att points, but my PvP characters can't do that quest, doesn't that leave my PvP character less powerfull than a RP char? Not complaining or anything, just wondering if Im right on this or if I'm missing something.

I thought PVP Characters were SUPPOSED to be less powerful than RP Characters

pvp and rp toons have 200 total

pvp toons get them handed to them, while pr toons have to quest for a few hours to get the final 30.

the only ways that pve toons are currently more powerful than pvp toons atm is because pve toons can go elite skill hunting, and use runes. I don't think pvp toons have access to elite skills or runes.

as far as i know, those are the only 2 ways pve toons are more powerful than pvp toons.

Off topic: Once you unlock an elite skill or rune, you can use them on your PvP character.

I did the attribute quest before finishing ascension, I can't remember which but it is in one of the desert cities.
