Attribute point guide. - Guild Wars Forums

I'm looking for a attribute guide that will explain the benefits of say going from level 11 to level 12 in Expertise. I know a higher Expertise will decrease the amount of energy needed to use skills but what is the decrease when I go from 11 to 12 and again to 13? I'm not looking for just a ranger guide but one for all classes.
