Pick a cool word like "Shinobi" and add it to another cool word, like "Raza" or "Qvix" or any other word derived from random keyboard letters that no-one ever uses. Suddenly you have a wicked Manga-style name that will make everyone think you're cool.

try a random fantasy hero like Legolas or something and give him a misfit last name.

my archer is named "Legolas Jackson". I also have a warrior M C Shake and an ele named Douche Bagel, which i get compliments on.

try kung fu names if you can, those are always great

you should make it simple or clever. How about... Randy Milonakis?

its too easy, i dont see how you can have a problem with this.

You're second profession is invaluable. If you just max out your warrior skills and not use your secondary at all, you'll get owned. Good secondaries for warriors would be Monk (most popular), Necromancer (my personal favorite), or others. You'll find that good secondaries can be very rewarding.

Why not use a descriptive to what you want your character to be?

for example ... Shadowknight Odin ...

For me ... Xgammon Baneseye (I always like xgammon ... so hes a ranger bullseye > baneseye) ...

Hexin X ... well hes a monk (smiter / necro curser xgammon > x)

Tarian Baneseye (tarian = sheild in ancient norse or greek cant remember atm)

Gasius Maximus (self explanatory nuker)

anyways ... try think of what you want your warrior to be like ... want him to be a powerful protector sheilding all from the baddies that draw near, playing the meatsheild? or an in your face hammer weilding lunatic interrupting and hurting casters? the possiblities are endless ... just try to define who you want your character to be ... then use a descriptive word with your normal names

In any case, the more 'well known' the name you pick, or names, the WORSE your chances are...

I wasn't original and I still got my character names...

Funny thing is, I see lots of porno star names taken... sheesh.

Ah right so if i pick RP i start at one end of the world and if i pick PvP i start at another? So i'm guessing PvP and RP dont get the same quests or starter area either? Also how is it fair for us RP's to be put with the PvP's as obviously us who role play are not going to be hardened hardcore pkers

PvP characters don't play the Role Playing part of the game. They start a new character and have access to every item they've unlocked while playing PvP(Via Faction Points) or through PvE. PvP Characters don't have quests/missions...and don't worry by the time you have the opportunity to fight aganist PvP only characters you'll be on level playing field with them(according to Arenanet)
